Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via FedEx. Orders are shipped when confirmation of payment is shown. All orders are shipped from our store once a week.
Mystic Cloak & Tailor offers one shipping fee for our Internet customers. Shipping costs are general handled on a flat rate. The costs are for customers living within the continental United States. At this time we are not shipping to location outside the United States. All merchandise ordered by credit card must be shipped to billing address shown on the Customers valid State Driver’s license.
Orders from outside the United States to be shipped to other countries must have shipping costs verified by email to our store BEFORE you make the purchase. The reason for this is that shipping costs are calculated by our shopping cart according to U.S. Shipping rates. Your item may cost more to ship to your country and therefore we have this requirement.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY We do not accept refunds but we are more than happy to exchange an item due to ordering of wrong size, wrong material, or color. Please verify your order and call us if you have any question or concerns about your order. If there is an exchange with a difference on price were you are entitled to a credit we will handle it via a check. There will be no refunds for online orders for specialty or Custom sized items as we manufactured the item to your specification.
